Yes. You can add a professional photographer, lighting assistant, hair & makeup artist, producer, and rental kits to any booking.

Cancellations made 72+ hours before your booking receive a full refund or free reschedule. Within 72 hours, 50% is refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Renters are responsible for damage to the space or equipment during their booking. Damage is billed at repair or replacement cost. We recommend production insurance for large shoots.

Standard cleaning is included. A $75 cyclorama re-paint fee applies if the white wall is marked, and excessive mess (confetti, liquids, food) may incur a $150 deep-clean fee.

No smoking indoors, no open flames without prior approval, keep noise reasonable for neighbors, and leave the space as you found it. Full house rules are sent with your confirmation.

Memberships are billed monthly and unlock discounted studio rates, priority booking, and lounge access. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
