How do I book a studio?

Head to the Contact & Book page, choose your studio and date on the booking calendar, and submit your request. We'll confirm availability and send a payment link to lock in your slot.

What is the minimum booking time?

Studio A and Studio B both have a 2-hour minimum. Event space bookings start at a 4-hour minimum.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Absolutely. Take our online virtual tour any time, or schedule an in-person walkthrough through the contact form.

Is parking available?

Yes — free on-site parking is available for all guests, plus a drive-in load door and freight elevator for gear.

What lighting and equipment is included?

Each rental includes a professional lighting kit (strobes or cinema lights), C-stands, modifiers, seamless paper, and a tethering station.

Are there cleaning fees?

Standard cleaning is included. A $75 cyclorama re-paint fee applies if the white wall is marked, and excessive mess (confetti, liquids, food) may incur a $150 deep-clean fee.

What are the studio rules?

No smoking indoors, no open flames without prior approval, keep noise reasonable for neighbors, and leave the space as you found it. Full house rules are sent with your confirmation.

How do memberships work?

Memberships are billed monthly and unlock discounted studio rates, priority booking, and lounge access. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Do membership perks roll over?

Free add-on credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Discounted rates and lounge access apply for the full billing period.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes — Pro and Studio Partner members can freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year at no cost.
